Hi, I called my daughter in Manila today and we could hear each other so good, It’s her birthday. It said that it is a free call. All of a certain, maybe after 2 min. not more, we got cut off. So I called her again, but we couldn’t understand each other properly, it was always a cut out. So we talked on SKYPE and it worked also for a while, and we got cut off again and again. I wonder what that is. Please let me know. Thanks. Have a great weekend. Oh, I also got charged. Was that for the 2nd short call?
Hmmm, I’m not sure about it. I have used Skype to Skype call and it never disconnect until I hang it up. Is your daughter using DSL in Manila? There shouldn’t be a problem if both of you are using broadband internet. On the otherhand, the first free call must be a free trial call. Normally you will have to purchase SkypeOut balance to dial telephone lines.
