I want to plug my favorite browser…. Mozilla Firefox!
I hated Internet Explorer after using this browser… I realized that Microsoft is so sluggish in developing IE that I switched to a browser that defines what a true web browser should be. 
Version 1.0 is just around the corner. Yey! 
Hmm… I visited someone’s blog today and I was amused. Her blog displays an XHTML validator but it is NOT XHTML strict valid… I get at least 5 errors.
To show your readers that you have taken the care to create an interoperable web page, you may display an icon on any page that validates. Btw, this is the official icon:
Why display an XHTML 1.0 Transitional Validator if the webpage does NOT follow the XHTML 1.0 standard??
It is just difficult to comply with the validator standard, once you forget a single attribute in your syntax, it’s already substandard. I couldn’t care less… However, if I have the leisurely time to meticulously check my syntax, perhaps I’ll scrutinize my code… but it’s just unrealistic. For now my blog is valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional but we’ll never know later on.
